We’re proud to have an exceptionally low return rate of less than 0.3% — that’s only 3 returns out of every 1,000 orders. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.


Exchange or Return for Store Credit

We provide a prepaid return label with no restocking fees when you choose to exchange your item or receive store credit. This option is the easiest way to find the pieces that fit your home best.


Return for Refund to Original Payment Method

If you prefer a refund back to your original payment method, you are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse. A 5% restocking fee applies.

This small fee is not for profit — it helps offset logistics and payment processing costs. It also allows us to keep our pricing fair and competitive for all customers. As a sustainable company, we encourage conscious purchasing to help reduce unnecessary returns and environmental impact. Thank you for supporting our commitment to quality and sustainability.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items that have been used, as long as they are sent back in their original packaging and in good condition. Items not returned in the original packaging may not be accepted.

  • Our team will provide clear instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
  • Send your item back in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will send you a replacement immediately at no cost.


Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be processed within 3 business days.
